• Please arrive on time. A delay of more than 15 minutes may result in rescheduling.

• Walk-ins are accepted only if a slot is available.

• We reserve the right to reschedule due to weather conditions or operational issues.

• All service prices are clearly mentioned and may vary based on vehicle size or condition.

• We accept cash, bank transfers, and mobile payments.

• Promotional offers (like discounts) must be claimed before billing and cannot be applied afterward.

• Please notify us at least 12 hours in advance if you wish to cancel or reschedule.

• No-shows or last-minute cancellations may be subject to a rescheduling fee.

• Refunds are not provided once the service has started unless due to valid service-related issues.

• Customers are responsible for removing all valuables before service.

• While we take the highest care during every service, Detailing Aura is not liable for:

  • Pre-existing damage

  • Electrical faults

  • Malfunctioning parts unrelated to detailing

• If damage is caused due to our fault, we will take full responsibility within reasonable limits.

• We may take before/after photos of your vehicle for quality tracking or promotional purposes.

• You may opt-out of this by informing our staff before the service begins.
